Soft Landing - rest & sound immersion

Soft Landing is a gentle rest and sound immersion for women — a space to slow down, soften and receive.

Guests are welcomed with tea before settling into a comfortable rest space with blankets, eye masks and aromatherapy. The session moves into an immersive sound bath, inviting deep rest, stillness and connection with the body.

Following the sound immersion, women are given quiet space for journal reflection whatever has surfaced.

There is nothing to achieve, perform or produce. Soft Landing is simply an invitation to rest.
