Have you ever wanted to do yoga in your pyjamas? Maybe you already do this at home... and it's SUPER COMFY!!! RIGHT???

The Ashtanga Yoga Centre of Melbourne is letting me get soft, cuddly and comfortable, and I'm inviting you to do it with me! :)

✨ Settle into an afternoon of comfort and calm at Soft Sunday: Yoga and Toning Pyjama Party. A nurturing blend of vocal toning, gentle movement, and live sound healing—designed to soothe and restore your body and mind.

In this cosy, laid-back session, I’ll guide you through a practice where sound, movement, and breath come together for deep relaxation.


What to Expect:

🎤 Vocal Toning

We’ll begin by exploring the power of vocal toning, where you’ll learn how to use your voice to create healing vibrations. This practice supports energy balance, helps reduce stress, and is a beautiful way to connect to your own inner rhythm.

🧘‍♀️ Gentle Yinyasa Yoga

After toning, we’ll flow through a Yinyasa practice—a slow, grounding sequence that blends the meditative stillness of Yin yoga with the gentle flow of Vinyasa. Expect long, restful holds paired with mindful movement, inviting deep release and inner stillness.

🎶 Live Toning Sound Bath

During the yoga practice and throughout your final relaxation, I’ll create a live sound bath using a loop machine and my voice, layering soothing sounds as you move. You’ll be bathed in vibrations that flow with your practice and deepen your relaxation. After the yoga, lie back and receive these sounds with the resonant accompaniment of live instruments as they guide you into a peaceful state of rest and renewal.

🍉 Freshly Cut Fruit

Share the gift that nature offers you! You’ll be treated to a selection of freshly cut fruit, providing a refreshing and nourishing way to hydrate and energise your body.


What to Bring:

* Your coziest pyjamas 🌙

* A yoga mat (there are some available at the studio too!)

* A blanket or wrap for warmth during the sound bath savasana

* A water bottle to stay hydrated

Whether you’re new to yoga and vocal toning or an experienced practitioner, this afternoon is the perfect way to unwind, recharge, and tune into yourself. Tune in to yourself, tune out the noise, quiet your mind.
