Soil analysis on regenerative farms

CAHRAN is excited to present the results from our Grassroots Grant where we compare the use of regenerative agriculture practices on 4 properties in the Adelaide Hills.
The properties had initial soil chemistry and biology testing which was repeated at 12 months. In addition, we used the LandscapeSA Ute Guides to compare physical and biological parameters at 0, 6 and 12 months. A variety of different amendments were added to each of the properties.
An analysis of the results will be discussed with agronomist guru Adam Krahnert.
We will also be able to look at CAHRAN member property near Kanmantoo and provide education on soil sampling techniques for our next Grassroots Grant.
