🌞 Sol Circles: A Summer Workshop Series with Cass & Georgia

Join us in celebration of the summer season, a time of light, energy, and connection. Sol Circles is a three-part series of nature-based gatherings designed to nurture your body, mind, and spirit through the warmth and abundance of summer.

Each circle will take place out in nature, where we’ll come together in community to move, rest, and reconnect. You’re welcome to join for the full series or drop in casually for any of the sessions.

Our afternoons and mornings together will include:
✨ Ecotherapy and grounding nature connection
🧘‍♀️ Yoga and somatic movement to awaken and balance your energy
🕊️ Meditation and reflective practices to honour the season’s themes
🥥 Wholesome snacks and community sharing

Each workshop will explore a unique theme inspired by the cycles of light and the essence of summer — from radiance and expression to rest and renewal.
