The evening will start with a warm welcome and a gentle connection activity to get everyone in the flow. From there, you’ll dive into your creative side with all painting supplies provided, including brushes, canvases, and paints. Whether you’re an experienced artist or a complete beginner, you’ll have the space to paint from the heart, with no pressure to create anything "perfect."

We’ll also provide a journal prompt and some reflective activities to help guide you through the night, grounding you in the present moment and sparking meaningful conversations with your fellow Sol Sisters.
