Welcome to SOL Society. We're so excited to welcome you to another signature SOL Society experience.

Mats & Manes has been uniquely curated to offer a unique opportunity to slow down, reconnect with yourself and experience movement in one of Moreton Bay's most beautiful farm settings.

As the sun begins to set, you'll move through a guided wellness session surrounded by nature, horses and a community of like-minded people, before enjoying time to connect over beautiful food and drinks.

✨ 45-minute guided movement experience hosted by Sunrise Sisterhood through immersive silent sound headphones

✨ 15-minute guided sound bowl healing

✨ 1 hour of intentional connection time

Sunset Golden hour hits at 615PM.

Imagine this - moving your body while overlooking the paddocks, horses nearby while the sunsets infront of you.

Arrival Information

Please arrive from 4:15PM to allow time for check-in and to collect your beverage before the experience begins.

Movement will commence promptly at 4:30PM.

Parking

Parking is available:

🚗 In the designated parking area at the front of Urban Buddy Farm

OR

🚗 Street parking surrounding the venue if required.

Please follow any signage and be respectful of neighbouring properties.

Photography

Professional photography and video content will be captured throughout the experience.

We encourage you to take your own photos, tag our beautiful partners and share your experience with our community.
