Event description

Solidarity Is the Political Version of Love: Lessons from Jewish anti-Zionist Organizing offers practical lessons for building solidarity networks.

Co-authors Rabbi Alissa Wise and Rebecca Vilkomerson have a long history organizing for justice in Palestine. Their traditional Jewish values are rooted in human dignity and the pursuit of justice.

The evening's panel discussion will be moderated by Avi Lewis and will include, in addition to the co-authors, special guest Chief Rueben George and other leading activists.

This event will be an opportunity to share experiences of cross-movement de-colonial and anti-racist solidarity, providing models for progressive Jewish and non-Jewish activists to move towards a just peace in Israel-Palestine.

Admission proceeds will be donated to the Palestinian-led non-profit organization We Are Not Numbers, sharing compelling stories from the next generation of Palestinian writers and leaders. For more details, click here.
