Welcome to our Solstice Sojourn Workshop, where we celebrate the longest day of the year with a synergy of mindful practices, breathwork, and astrology!

Settling and Introductions (6pm): Arrive into the space and find comfort on your mat. Foster connection within your community of neighbors and guides. Ease into the calm of evening.

Seasonal Astrology (6:10pm): Begin by exploring the significance of the Summer Solstice in astrology. Learn how the sun's position influences our energy and experiences for the season. Discover how the solstice aligns with different zodiac signs and what it means for personal growth, transformation, and alignment.

Intention Setting (6:30pm): Utilize the energy of the solstice to synchronize your mind, body, and spirit for the workshop and beyond. Through focused practice, we will identify opportunities for release and invitation, planting seeds for the season ahead, and speaking our needs and dreams to the universe.

Breathwork Meditation (7:00pm): Lying in a comfortable space, eyes closed, curated music fills the air. With each inhale, you feel rhythms and lyrics lift you gently, carrying you towards new heights of awareness and tranquility. As you exhale, you release tension, surrendering to the flow of your breath. Dive deep into a state of relaxation and inner peace, allowing yourself to be guided on a journey of self-discovery and renewal. Experience time standing still as you become fully immersed in the pulse of breath and sound, feeling lighter, freer, and more connected with yourself and the world around you.

Integration Discussion (8:00pm): Come together to share reflections, insights, and experiences. Dive deeper into practical tools and techniques for integrating lessons learned during the workshop into your daily life. Explore practices to help you stay connected to your intentions and aligned with the energy of the solstice.

Closing Circle (8:45pm): Acknowledge the wisdom gained and carry the light of the solstice forward on your journey.
