**SPECIAL SOLSTICE SUNRISE FLOW**
WHAT'S UP FAM!?
So it's my Birthday this Sunday, and I just had a vision of gathering in Burleigh Heads Beach - Watching the Sunrise, Connecting, Dropping in for Breathwork & Meditation and Swims!
So I've decided to host a FREE event this Saturday 21st of June which is the Winter Solstice.
The Solstice marks a powerful moment of renewal and rebirth — a time to reflect, release, and realign. As the longest night gives way to the returning light, we’re invited to gather in community, let go of what no longer serves us, reconnect with nature’s rhythms, recalibrate and celebrate life.

- Guided Breathwork
- Guided Meditation

What to bring:
- Towel/Yoga Mat
- Warm, comfy clothes
- Swimmers
- Cacao/Tea/Warm Drink
- Water Bottle
- Snacks
Location:
Burleigh Heads Beach
On the beach in front of Justin's Park
Schedule:
Starting at 7am
However feel free to arrive at 6:30am if you want to catch the actual sunrise.
We should be wrapped up by 8:30am
