Using the peak of light of the Solstice to Dream Big your future Vision.

This Ceremony involves hands on Dreaming as well as meditative, movement and sound practices.

Before getting down to creating the vision board we will Dream big through Shamanic Drum meditation, taking you into your future self, your desires and feeling into what you’d like to experience moving forward.

Following the vision board creation we will receive a Kundalini Transmission. The Transmission will work with you to clear your energy field, bring activation to and align your frequency to your Dream.

After the transmission a Sound Scape will be created for you to rest and integrate.

Provided:

Black markers, magazines, cardboard (A3 provided. if you want bigger please bring it)
Tea and snacks

What to Bring:

A yoga mat or similar, cushions and blanket.
A glue stick.
Journal and Pen if you wish to write.
Textas etc if you wish to add more colour to your board.
