Solving Problems in NDIS Housing
Event description
Here at Housing Hub we have been co-designing with people with disability, supporters and providers to create a series of useful tools that help people living in supported accommodation to understand their rights, make complaints and raise issues with NDIS providers.
This free online session is for people with disability, their families, and support workers.
Join us and learn about:
- Your rights and how to take action if you are having problems
- Understanding what is in a Service Agreement
- Who you can raise your concerns with in your SDA or SIL
- Tips for providing feedback to providers and getting problems fixed
- The great new tools developed by the Housing Hub which were co-designed by people with a disability.
Access:
- Please tell us your access needs when you register
- We use Zoom for our online sessions
- You will need a computer, tablet or smartphone that has an internet connection.
- You do not need Zoom on your computer. You can copy a link into your internet browser (eg Chrome, Safari, Firefox).
