Ray’s Moon & Mnà events have quickly become one of my favourite kinds of events, There’s such a beautiful atmosphere at every event and I always leave feeling calmer, inspired and more present 🤍
moon & mná — Soma Sanctuary 🌙✨
Description
🌙 moon & mná | Soma Sanctuary
Hey, I’m Ray 🌞
& welcome to moon & mná!
Mná translates to women in Irish. These gatherings are for all women. Beginners to yoga are always welcome. Each gathering is an invitation to connect ~ with yourself, like-minded women and nature ~ embracing flow and the magic of sisterhood under the moon. 🌙
Soma Sanctuary is a Sunday afternoon to soften, slow down and reconnect under the New Moon. 🌚
Think cosy yoga, heart-opening cacao, cooling eye gel masks and a women’s circle where you can show up exactly as you are.
✨ Your afternoon includes:
Somatic Yin yoga to reconnect with your body
Ceremonial Cacao to sip and savour
Cooling eye gel masks for an extra little moment of self-care
A women’s circle for reflection, sharing and connection
Space to rest, reset and leave feeling a little more like you
📅 Sunday 8 November | 3–5 pm
Come as you are. 🫶🏻
Whether you’re new to somatic practices or simply craving a slower Sunday, you are so welcome here.
A little sanctuary for your body, mind and soul. 🤎
With grá,
Ray 🌙
