An afternoon of Somatics and Sisterhood ✨🤎

Ready to own your unique expression in a circle of heart-centered, empowered women? 

Cosy up with us in this cabin-like sanctuary hidden right in the heart of Cuba Street. Slip away from the rush of city
life and into a magical space where heart-filled connection, mindful movement and embodied exploration weave together.

Join a circle of sisters in a mini-retreat of authentic expression and community connection.

Guided by the rhythms of your own body’s inner wisdom, this is YOUR space to fully explore and express! This 2.5 hour journey will leave you feeling revived and reconnected – to body, mind, soul and sangha.

In yoga tradition, sangha means association or community- a practice of coming together as individuals with a collective intention.

To welcome in the summer season, we will be dancing to embrace and embody the warmth of the sun in a
celebration of radiant sisterhood. ✨

Using the mediums of somatic dance, reflective journaling and sharing in circle, we will foster rich connection to both ourselves and others.

We will begin with a guided movement practice incorporating meditation, visualisation and free-form dance with carefully-curated
music. You will be provided prompts to journal on before coming together again to share our experiences. Feel the power of sisters
in circle while using active listening and open hearts to support and empower one another.

A sweet treat and warm teas provided

We’ll share a snack, laughs and soul chats, relishing in the sweet joys of womanhood.

With a passion for authentic self-expression and the joyful liberation of movement, I remain inspired to help others unlock the magic of embodied living. Together, we’ll build on our capacity to dance the dance of life with just a little more ease, grace and play!

I envision soma sisters to feel like a recharge station for the soul- always finishing with your cup full.

Come as strangers, leave as sisters.

Each having experienced the nectar of free movement and embodied expression, we will share a connection that seeps beyond the surface.

This will be an intimate group experience and spaces are limited.
