Welcome to Somatic Dance. Brooke and I have recently completed a 100hr training programme. This is a free-flowing dance experience, gently guided, with a thoughtfully curated playlist designed to take you on a liberating movement journey. We invite you to join us with curiosity and a willingness to explore this non-judgemental space. Is doesn't matter if you are a dancer or have 2 left feet, all of you is welcome.
