💃 Somatic Ecstatic Dance - Sunday 13th April 💃

Join us on a journey to awaken the spirit within!

Together we gather in community to awaken our spirit, move to the rhythm of our soul and come into remembrance of our Joy, Healing & Freedom.

Somatic Ecstatic Dance is a guided free form movement journey, inspired by ecstatic dance, somatic dance and 5 Rhythms.

Through intuitive, free-form movement, we'll explore the somatic wisdom of the body, unlocking its natural ability to heal and transform. This is a space where you can move freely, let go of judgement, and dive into the pure joy of being alive.

Whether you're new to dance or a seasoned mover, this event is for anyone seeking freedom, connection, and authentic expression.

Held in a non-judgemental space where all of you is welcome, no prior dance experience is necessary and all bodies are welcome.

The recipe is simple: No booze, shoes or talking in the dance, epic music and a beautiful group of humans.

Wear clothes you are comfortable moving in (layers are great), bring a drink bottle and a drop or two of curiosity!

The location is at a new temple space, at a private location, 30 mins north of Dunedin (details will be sent upon registration).

We welcome you any time from 3.45pm for a 4pm start.

This dance will be led by Lili Eve is an embodied Somatic Dance DJ and Facilitator, dance floor activator and container creator.
