Somatic Listening for Couples
with Nirupa, Dinesh and Amir.

An introductory workshop for Connection & Understanding Nervous Systems in Intimate Relationships, Through Awareness, Presence and Love.

Building attunement and the capacity to support oneself and the other in regulating the Nervous System.

We will explore as couples, (and as the individuals in the relationship), the building blocks of safety through experiential processes, meditation and inquiry.

$250 per couple.

9:30am-16:00pm

Mevlana Hall.

Morning Tea is provided.

Please bring your own lunch, water bottle and comfortable cloths.
