Join us for a deeply restorative experience of Somatic Movement and Vedic Breathwork – where conscious awareness meets the wisdom of the body.
In this beginner-friendly session, you'll be gently guided by Melissa from Conscious Energy Kinesiology and Lyn Burkitt as you explore ancient breathwork practices and therapeutic somatic movements designed to release tension, fatigue, and stored emotion.
This is a beautiful opportunity to reconnect with your body, calm the nervous system, and leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded.
What to bring: A yoga mat and water bottle.
What to wear: Comfortable, flexible clothing (no experience needed – this is even gentler than yoga).
