Join us for Somatic Movement and Vedic Breath Work, where the conscious mind meets the somatic body.

Guided by Melissa and Lyn from Conscious Energy Kinesiology, discover the benefits of an ancient practice of conscious, intentional breathing and an activation of muscles to release stagnation, bodily fatigue, and stored emotions from the body.

This class is beginner friendly and everyone is welcome :)
Somatic movement is gentle therapeutic practice.

What to bring: yoga mat, water bottle.

What to wear: Comfortable and flexible clothing fit for yoga-like movements (though, it's even easier than yoga!)
