Body-Mind Centering® (BMC®) is an integrated and embodied approach to movement, the body and consciousness, developed by Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen. An accessible practice that involves guided mindful movement improvisation, and draws on anatomy, physiology and developmental movement principles. With explorations that invite an inner attending, being with a sense of what is, and exploring what is possible. .

Each class is its own unique exploration, with an overarching theme carried through each term. We combine individual and group movement improvisations, supported partnering activities, and reflective practices.

We move, we breathe, we laugh, we rest.

Suited to people that like to move in a safe and supported space. No dance or movement experience necessary.

There will be 2 classes a week offered that will explore different material:

Sundays 9am - 10.15am
