Event description

✨ SOMATIC HEALING ✨

Somatic means relating to the body.
Somatic Healing is the connection between the body and mind. Somatic Healing practices bring us back into our bodies and helps us develop a connection to our nervous system and create a feeling of safety within our body.
Safety in the body and nurturing our nervous system allows a sustainable flow of energy within ourselves.

During a Somatic Healing session we will practice techniques and movements to help regulate your nervous system, release stress, tension, trauma and unprocessed emotions that our bodies hold onto and store.

You will be in a safe and judgement free zone where you can be yourself, show up authentically and be able to release anything holding you back that is no longer serving you.
You will leave feeling emotionally lighter, more regulated, less stressed and able to show up as your best self in your world and for those you love.

Somatic Practices may include breathwork, stretches, yoga poses, shaking, dancing, guided meditation, tapping and grounding practices.

Each session will go for 1 hour and will vary slightly.

Please message me on Instagram with any questions you may have.

I am so excited to hold space for you. 🙏🏼

Much love,
Leah
