We are bodies of Earth, reaching towards the stars.

Rooted in the soil beneath us, open to the infinite sky above.

SOIL TO SKY is an invitation to explore the body as a living channel between Earth and cosmos.

Through somatic dance, breath and beats, we awaken our central channel, opening to the wisdom rising from the Earth and the inspiration descending from above.

As we embody this connection, we begin to recognise that our human bodies are the channel, receivers of star and soil codes, alchemising within the heart and expanding outward into the field of us.

Join us for the first of our Somatic Sundays, a space to move, feel, explore and remember our place within the living world.

ABOUT SOMATIC SUNDAYS

Somatic Dance is a guided, free-form movement journey deep into the layers of the body, supported by a carefully curated soundscape.

We are a collective of certified Somatic Dance facilitators and DJs offering regular dance journeys every second Sunday in Queenstown at Te Atamira.

All bodies and all levels of dance experience are welcome.
