As the year’s longest night arrives, join us for a nourishing pause in Somatic Yin: A Winter Solstice Workshop. This gentle, two-hour experience blends deep-release Yin Yoga with mindful somatic movement to help you slow down, soften tension, and come home to your body.

Through supported postures, intuitive explorations, and guided presence, you’ll:
