In this 5-week program, you’ll engage in body-based practices designed to enhance body awareness, build self-regulation capacity, and cultivate flexibility and agency. Through a mindful blend of postures, breathwork, and movement, you’ll explore tools to:
- Enhance self-awareness and build nervous system regulation skills
- Develop a deeper connection with your body through mindful observation
- Strengthen interoception—the ability to tune into internal sensations
