Somatically Yin
Event description
Join Aimee for a somatic approach to a nourishing yin yoga practice. A safe space to explore deep connective tissue, rejuvenate and reconnect with you.
A slow 75min mindful practice to help you release tension and stagnate energy being held within your body.
Each pose through out the practice is explored for a longer period of time compared to a more dynamic practice, approximately 5-10mins. We will explore the feeling of energy throughout each pose while focusing on Traditional Chinese Medicine philosophy of meridian pathways.
This practice aims to support your mobility, flexibility and increase blood flow and hydration to connective tissue (joints, ligaments and fascia), as well as enhance your energy flow. Providing you a space to slow down and reconnect.
About Aimee ~
Aimee is a qualified kinesiologist, yoga teacher and embodiment guide with a deep passion for the wisdom of the energetics of the body. Aimee is a highly experienced yin yoga teacher and brings a grounded, integrative approach to movement, stillness, and self-awareness. She guides individuals into deeper presence through practices that restore balance and connection.
