Somatic Mindfulness Workshop

A 3 Night Immersive with Trauma Sensitive Practices

with Kate Duncan and Lisa Brown

Corindi Beach, NSW

This 3 Day intensive workshop integrates trauma-sensitive practices with scientific insights from Western Psychology, and the transformative, evidence-based Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction and Mindful Self-Compassion programs.
