Codes of Connection is an ever-evolving offering - a living laboratory where we create space to share, explore, practice, play, and show up in the raw, realness of being human.

Each evening workshop invites you into a different pillar of connection. Through guided activities and practices, you’ll expand self-awareness and deepen intimacy - with yourself and with others.

In a world that moves fast and asks us to keep doing, we can easily forget the power of simply being - of presence, attunement, and meaningful connection.

Part 3

To be embodied is to return to presence. When we attune to the subtle language of the body, we open a dialogue with our inner world and have the opportunity to expand our self awareness from our felt sense.

As we begin to notice how our body responds in connection - tightening or softening, pulling back or leaning in - we gain profound insight into our boundaries, desires and aversions.

This embodied clarity is essential for authentic relating. From this place, we learn to recognise our ‘yes’ and our 'no’, to sense our needs, and we can choose to meet our edges with clarity and compassion. We respond rather than react out of habit or unconscious patterns.

When we inhabit the body with awareness, we meet ourselves and others, not from performance or pretence, but from truth and authenticity.

Together, we will explore:

Emotional mapping through movement
Somatic boundary awareness
Conscious, attuned touch
Speaking from embodied truth
Pleasure as a portal to presence with sensual eating

This workshop is an invitation to slow down, drop in, and explore the body as a compass for connection - with yourself and with others.
