This is your opportunity to see and feel what DANCE-MOVEMENT Therapy is all about! 

Workshop description:

This workshop invites us to explore body-based expressivity using Somatics and Dance-Movement Therapy. Movement will be guided and self directed, dancing independently and together. The spirit of this workshop will foster play and pleasure and offers a psychotherapeutic experience that is safely held and judgement-free. Supporting community engagement and embodied expression.

• Adults 18+. 
• No dance or movement experience required.

The facilitator:

Helen Ilich 

Somatics and Dance-Movement (Psycho)Therapist and multi-disciplinary Movement Coach. My credentials and experience include a Graduate Diploma of Somatics and Dance-Movement Therapy amongst a spectrum of movement disciplines. I bring artistry, playfulness and diverse perspectives into the therapeutic movement space that I hold for others. I am excited to be amidst the growing interest, awareness and energy that supports linking creative arts and health.
