ATTENTION HOT SAUCE LOVERS (and lovers of hot sauce lovers 😉), this is a night dedicated to the hot and spicy. We all have an obsession with hot and spicy … so we’re leveling up and pairing a flight of hot and spicy condiments with a flight of cheeses. Into spicy? Into cheese? Into a little mystique? This class is for you. 

All class tickets include a selection of cheeses, thoughtfully paired accompaniments, and small tasting samples of drinks (alcoholic or non-alcoholic). Enjoy an interactive and engaging educational experience, plus an exclusive discount for shopping after the class. Please inform us of any allergies at the time of ticket purchase so we can accommodate your needs. 

The educational portion of the class runs about 45 minutes—give or take, depending on how curious (or chatty) you are! After that, the last hour is all yours to mingle, sip, and shop at your leisure 

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early so we can begin promptly! 

Classes may be cancelled if we do not hit our minimum registration amount.
