    Event description

***Our "MID PACE" hikes cater to those who prefer a moderate to slower pace, providing a chance for more individuals to enjoy the walks without feeling pressured to cover a longer distance quickly. Despite the slower pace, the experience remains exhilarating, offering an opportunity to connect with others while exploring the magnificent Mornington Peninsula***

    Have you visited Somers lately?

There is a beautiful coastal walk along Merricks Creek, through to the Coolart Wetlands. You will absolutely love this coastal, picturesque walk.

Walking through the Coolart Homestead in Somers, Victoria, feels like stepping back in time. Surrounded by serene gardens and wetlands, the historic mansion offers a glimpse into 19th-century Victorian life. As you stroll through, the peaceful sounds of local birdlife and the calming breeze from Western Port Bay create a tranquil atmosphere. You can’t help but slow down when you enter the surrounds!

Our plan is to undertake approx. 8 kilometres here, which is perfect for the adventurous walker. We are excited to share this beautiful walk along Somers beach into the COOLART homestead and wetlands.
