In our final 'Discover Variety' session for 2021, we delve into the widely-planted – and arguably the most noble – black grape in the world, Cabernet Sauvignon!

Join Sommeliers Australia's Mirco Tarducci (Steve's) and Louella Mathews (bibo wine bar) and their guest – Zooming in live from the McHenry Honen Hazel Vineyard – head winemaker, Jacapo Dalli Cani, as they dig deep into three classic Cabernet Sauvignon regions.

Compare how Chile's Maipo Valley performs against benchmark regions, Bordeaux and Australia's own Margaret River, when it comes to Cabernet Sauvignon and blends.
