Loved by consumers, sommeliers and wine trade alike, many would argue that it is difficult to find a good example of Nebbiolo outside of the variety’s homeland Piedmonte, Italy. However, with increased demand for Italian Nebbiolo, producers worldwide have planted this finicky grape, with many premium wines now being made in Australia.

Join Sommeliers Australia's Mirco Tarducci (Bar Rogue) and special guest, Brendan Jansen MW, as they uncover the beauty of the Nebbiolo grape in all its shapes and forms. The selected line-up of wines will compare different regions of Italy against the expression of this variety from Australian soils.
