"Seven Arrows – Concepts of Self" with Zezito Duarte

Straight from the Chapada Diamantina in Brazil, Zezito will share the wisdom of the Seven Arrows - an ancient and powerful way of understanding how we express our energy in the world.

This session is a gift left by ancestors of native people from the Americas, offering tools and teachings for us to deepen our journey of self-discovery and explore how we express our energies in life and today's world.

"MINDFUL COLLAGE ART" with Fabio Borges

The journey doesn't end with awareness - it deepens through creation. Fabio, visual artist, author and holistic practitioner, will guide you through an intimate session where you transform your discoveries into art.

Using collage, guided meditation, breathwork, and gentle self-hypnosis, you'll:
