THE INNER DANCE

Mixed Circle / Breathwork / Workshop / Movement

The circle will be guided by Emilie da Silva Stratford, with a Breathwork practice led by Rafael Wescher, and a workshop and embodied journey guided by Elder Zezito Duarte.

Straight from the sacred lands of Chapada Diamantina in Brazil, Elder Zezito Duarte brings the ancestral wisdom of Indigenous traditions and the spirit of his Cherokee lineage. A guardian of oral traditions and sacred movement, Zezito invites us into a night of deep connection — with ourselves, with each other, and with life.

The Wheel of Life — like the Universe — is a dance of energies, rhythms, cycles and harmonies.

When you surrender to the inner dance,

This is more than a workshop.
It is a return — to the body, to spirit, to presence.
A circle of healing, rhythm and remembrance.
No experience needed. Just your presence and an open heart.

What to bring:

Yoga mat
Water bottle and/or tea mug
Wear comfortable clothes (layers are recommended), bring socks and a cozy blanket
Cushion or seat for sitting on the floor
We recommend eating something light beforehand, as there will be no break. Water and herbal tea will be offered
