Songlines and Memory                      Pacific Palms Writers Festival 2022  


The 3rd Pacific Palms Festival continues our First Nations focus - and follows our March 2022 Festival with Bruce Pascoe and Bill Gammage.
Margo Neale is senior Indigenous curator at the National Museum of Australia, editor of the critically acclaimed First Knowledges series, curator of the interactive Tracking the Seven Sisters exhibition, and adjunct professor at the Australian National Museum.
Lynne Kelly is a science writer, author of The Memory Code, and researcher at La Trobe University. Her field of research is the oral memory methods of Indigenous Australian, Pacific, American, British and African cultures.


Our physical and virtual PPWF 2022 is scheduled for 2pm – 5pm Saturday 19 November 2022 at Club Forster NSW  

   

Registration enables attendance at Club Forster, with limited seating available, or online. Event recordings will be provided to all registrants.

Our planned Club Forster panel includes Worimi Elder Aunty Teresa French, Debe Brassey representing Pacific Palms Arts and Michael Fox, convenor of the event - with virtual Margo and Lynne participation.
