A consummate explorer, Chris MacLean adeptly stretches herself across a wide musical spectrum from traditional and contemporary folk to jazz and world music. Her songs speak of love, loss, hope and redemption. She hopes they reflect a well-earned, burgeoning wisdom.
Christine Graves is known for her lyrical poet heart, her unsquare songs and her voice that connects lungs and feet. Stories of bird- life, lost loves, a few of Canada's roads, forests and lakes bring everyone to the same sentimental destination by connecting our humanity.
Singer songwriter Ron Leary’s smokey, rye-soaked voice is legendary throughout Ontario’s deep southern region. Whether his songs touch on politics of the day, the downtrodden, romance or joy, he’ll raise your spirits and leave you wilfully optimistic.
Brent Smith is the lead singer, songwriter, rhythm guitarist and banjo player for tin constellations, an orchestral indie-folk band based in Ottawa, Ontario. His songwriting explores “hinterland folk", narrative-driven folk fables, local and pastoral histories, and whimsical or stark storytelling (ranging from birds to historical events and robots to anti-war ballads). tin constellations latest album, Cobden, is a murder ballad in 10 parts. It was released to a sold out audience at the Gladstone Theatre in January 2026. He performs both with the full ensemble and as a solo/duo act playing stripped-down versions of Tin Constellations songs.
