Sonic Volley: Going with the Flow
November Sonic Volley
Step inside the musicians’ circle and experience songs the way they were meant to be heard: straight from the writers themselves. This month’s Sonic Volley brings together award-winning and beloved artists and singer-songwriters Davey O., Steve and Terri Massardo, Amy Soucy, and Kate Prascher for an intimate evening of music and storytelling. Sonic Volley is a songwriters-in-the-round platform with a twist, where each artist shares a song, then “volleys” a thread of it into the circle - be it a lyric, a theme, a melody, or a feeling - which the next artist receives and carries into their own piece. In this way, the songs connect, weaving the evening into a coherent tapestry.
