Before the Ceremony:

• Avoid coffee, alcohol, and substances for at least 48 hours before & after.

• (Optional) Avoid meat for 48 hours to support lighter energy.

• Eat lightly or fast for at least 2 hours before the session.

• Wear comfortable, loose clothing.

Create Your Sacred Space:

• Use headphones or quality speakers for best sound.

• Prepare your space — candles, incense, crystals, or sacred items.

• Lie down on a yoga mat or soft surface, spine straight.

• Ensure your camera can see your full body.

• Be in a quiet, private space, free from distraction.

• Arrive with an open heart and willingness to receive.
