Sophie Hansen in Goondiwindi
Event description
Sophie's coming to town!
I’m absolutely thrilled to welcome the creative and generous Sophie Hansen to Goondiwindi.
In an age old story that is very familiar to lots of us here in Goondiwindi, Sophie was born and raised in Sydney, but moved to live with her husband on their farm outside Orange in country NSW.
With over 20 years’ experience as a features writer, Sophie’s the accomplished author and photographer of five cookbooks: Local is Lovely, A Basket by the Door, In Good Company, Around the Kitchen Table and launching now, What can I bring?
The queen of collaboration. She is the co-host of a podcast about reading and eating, Something to Eat and Something to Read; ambassador for the Dedicate rural fitness platform; Pink Pelican tour guide (in Italy!!); Irving & Powell tastemaker; team member at Marketing Directive remote digital marketing agency; and host of some really valuable social media and smart phone photography workshops.
We are going to absolutely make the most of Sophie’s visit and are hosting three events.
- Smartphone Photography and Reels Workshop
- Bizz Fizz Supper Club with Sophie Hansen
- What can I bring? Harry & Kit Book Launch
Come to one, or come to them all.
