WHAT TO EXPECT:

Begin your day with a grounding meditation and breath with Jordan, followed by a fun and energising Pilates class with Kyla.

Enjoy a peaceful walk down to the beach, where we’ll share a nourishing picnic lunch prepared by Floss from the wonderful Vida Kitchen. Floss is a holistic health coach and will share with us all of the things she learned about Ayurvedic eating and self-nourishment.

We will then take time to unwind by the ocean—whether that’s swimming, sunbathing, or simply soaking in the beauty around you.

In the afternoon, experience the transformative power of breathwork and sound with an incredible guest facilitator.

We will take time to integrate, meditate and journal as you reconnect with yourself on a deeper level.
We’ll end the day with a sharing circle, reflecting on the day’s journey, leaving you feeling empowered and at peace.
