SOUL CARE SUNDAY’S 

INTENTION 

A space for mama’s to return home to a sanctuary of calm. A space to feel held, supported and encouraged whilst doing their inner work

WHAT WE DO / WHAT YOU MAY EXPERIENCE?

We incorporate practices such as meditation, journaling, movement and creative processes to assist us with the exploration of topics and themes of the circles, which are all linked to our experiences in our mothering journey. 

We also explore tools & practices that we can use in our daily lives that encourage the nurturing of one’s soul.

THEMES 

The overarching themes for Soul Care Sunday’s are to RECONNECT with our true Selves, RECLAIM our innate feminine power and RADIATE pure divinity from within.  The weekly themes will be intuitively guided to coincide with the energy of the time. 

Sun 7th Feb - Harmonising our Inner and Outer Values; 

Sun 21st Feb - The Freedom of Self-Forgiveness; 

Sun 28th Feb - Exploring our Mother Wounds; 

Sun 7th March - Coming Home into our Bodies, 

Sun 21st March - Elemental Medicine; & 

Sun 28th March - Relaxation is my True Nature

WHO IS IT FOR?

These circle’s are for all mama’s who:

• are willing to explore deeper aspects of themSelves and desire to be nurtured and held in the process
• currently exploring ways to reconnect inwardly
• crave connection with other like-hearted mamas

WHEN / HOW TO BOOK? 

All circles are held online from the comfort of your own home, via zoom.

Sundays: 1:30-3pm AEST / 2:30-4pm AEDT

ABOUT FACILITATORS

Tanya is a mother to three boys, Postpartum Care Provider, RN & a Sacred Mama Circles Certified Facilitator.

Jenna is a mother to two boys, an Intuitive Soul Mentor & a Sacred Mama Circles Certified Facilitator
