🍫Cacao Ceremony: Kick off our evening with a delightful Cacao Ceremony, where we sip on warm ceremonial-grade cacao and wrap ourselves in the comfort of hygge. Let the cozy atmosphere and heartwarming cocoa fill us with gratitude and contentment. 🍃

🎶 Sound Healing: Immerse yourself in the soothing melodies of a Sound Healing session, enveloping us in waves of tranquility and gratitude. As we let the gentle sounds wash over us, filling our hearts with warmth and appreciation. 🎵

🌬️ Breathwork for Gratitude: Engage in heart-centered Breathwork designed to deepen our sense of gratitude and connection. Through intentional breathing, we invite feelings of gratitude to flow through us, filling every corner of our beings with warmth and appreciation. 🌀

Guided by the spirit of hygge and gratitude, this evening promises a heartwarming gathering as we wrap ourselves in the embrace of gratitude and spread warm fuzzies all around. Join us as we create a space of connection and abundant appreciation.

Contra-Indications of Breathwork Please read the next section VERY thoroughly.

Breathwork is an incredibly powerful modality that creates both physiological and energetic shifts, RAPIDLY. Therefore, for safety purposes, I do not allow persons with the following conditions to participate without customizing their experience.

If you have any of the following contraindications, please do not hold your breath, even when instructed. Always breathe through breath-holds.

Gratefully, relaxation breathing techniques, like Inhale-4 and Exhale-4, or Inhale-2 and Exhale-4 don’t create hypoxia and are therefore, safe to practice at all times :)

Listed below are the medical and psychiatric Contra-indications. Please notify me if you are affected by any of the following:

Physical Contraindications

● Cardiovascular issues

● Glaucoma

● High blood pressure (Over time, if untreated, it can cause health conditions, such as heart disease and stroke) Deep-breathing lowers blood pressure.

● Epilepsy

● Detached Retina (Retinal detachment separates the retinal cells from the layer of blood vessels that provides oxygen and nourishment).

● History of strokes or seizures

● Aneurysm or family history of aneurysm. (Burst blood vessels in the brain).

● Blood thinning medication. (Unfortunately, the blood thinners used to prevent such blood clots can increase the risk of bleeding in the brain, a cause of hemorrhagic stroke).

● Pregnancy or possible pregnancy

● Asthma

Mental Contraindications

● Substance dependence & addiction (Deep breathwork journeys are not always appropriate for those who are still addicted to a substance, as it tends to raise suppressed or repressed material for processing. However, if you’re currently in recovery, this can be extremely healing, and help you discover the deeper patterns that gave rise to this addiction. (Grof, 1985: 267 – 268).

● Bipolar disorder, schizophrenia or psychosis

● Hospitalisation for emotional crises in the last 10 years (Participant must get therapist’s approval to participate before you register).

● Psychological conditions and diagnoses, which preclude safe emotional release.

If you’re unsure about health conditions, please consult and gain permission from your doctor before progressing
