    Are you someone who wants more from within, be accepting of self and be able to express freely so that you can transform your life and enhance self-discovery?

    Come and connect with self and others in our exclusive immersive 4-hour workshop on an easy Sunday 1st of October, with some creative, fun and explorative deep dive into self. 

    The beauty of SoulCollage® lies in its ability to tap into the subconscious mind and bring hidden emotions, desires, and thoughts to the surface. It’s a creative and therapeutic practice that allows individuals to explore and understand themselves on a deeper level.

    What is included:

    1. Creating Cards: Using images, you create collage cards that reflect different aspects of yourself. Each card can have its own theme or intention and may represent emotions, memories, desires, or archetypal energies.

    2. Journaling and Reflection: After creating each card, you may spend time journaling about the images, their meaning, and how they relate to your life. This reflective practice helps you delve deeper into the symbolism and messages each card holds for you. By drawing cards and interpreting their symbolism, you gain insights into different aspects of yourself, your emotions, and your life journey.

    3. Group Activities: SoulCollage® usually is done in a group setting, where individuals come together to create and share their cards. Group activities can foster a sense of community and provide additional perspectives on the cards’ meanings.

    What does the workshop look like? 

    Oksana is a trained SoulCollage® facilitator who is passionate about the process and using it for personal self-care and guidance for seemingly difficult situations where the logical brain doesn’t seem to find answers.

    SoulCollage® is a creative and therapeutic process that involves creating a personal deck of collage cards using images from various sources, such as magazines, photographs, and printed materials.

    These cards are designed to represent different aspects of an individual’s personality, emotions, memories, dreams, and experiences.

    The process was developed by Seena B. Frost in the late 1980s and has since gained popularity as a tool for self-discovery, introspection, and personal growth.

    We invite you to explore our Soul Collage workshops to help you cultivate self-love and acceptance. Our experienced art therapist Oksana is here to guide and support you on your journey towards greater self-awareness and self-expression in the unconscious mind.


    Oksana Pueschel

    Oksana is a Licensed Professional Counsellor and Transpersonal Arts Therapist and Certified as a NeurOptimal Brain Trainer. Oksana has vast experience in facilitating positive changes for people struggling with overwhelming feelings, substance abuse, behavioural and mood disorders, anxiety, love and sex addictions, codependency and childhood trauma. Oksana supports individuals to create more harmony and connection in relationships, both from within themselves and with others. Oksana’s current practice focuses on supporting adults and adolescents to navigate the current situation as well as what lies beneath this; thoughts of worthlessness, lack of direction and meaning in life, domestic challenges, trauma, life transitioning circumstances, codependency and corresponding changes in identity and relationships. 

    Oksana’s style of therapy is informal, compassionate, and responsive to each person’s unique needs to identify their strengths and options to develop strategies to achieve their goals. She will guide those willing to explore themselves and build a greater understanding of the different aspects of your experience, from the emotional, mental, and physical to the family, social, cultural, and spiritual dimensions. Using a variety of evidence-based techniques, she will help individuals reconnect to existing strengths and cultivate additional resources that support progress toward the changes they wish to make. Depending on specific needs, she draws from a number of therapeutic modalities, all incorporating a respectful, strengths-based, person-centred approach to connect with your feelings and needs. 

    What to bring:

    • Please arrive 5-10 minutes earlier
    • Please bring your own water bottle
    • Wear comfy and cozy clothes

    • Bookings must be made at least 24h prior to the event
    • Online bookings only - no bank transfer or cash at the door
    • No refunds on purchased tickets
    • You are allowed to transfer your ticket to another person if you are unable to attend
