It’s time to gather monthly and nourish yourself with nourishing dates: 
Receive an hour group space followed by chats and connection with like-hearted souls. 

This is a safe space for vulnerability, a safe safe to celebrate you in all you are experiencing AND a safe space for you to be you! Come as you are.

With a beautiful range of powerful facilitators every month is different.

THE WATER ELEMENT

Welcome to this month’s 'Soul Mates Dates' - *The Water Element*.

Let's join together during this yin winter time and explore the Water element based on traditional Chinese medicine (tcm) theory. We will use qi gong and a blend of other body-based techniques to help support our kidneys and the Water Element flow of energy with the kidney and bladder meridians.

Winter is an important reflective time where we build our stores of energy, rest, heal and do all the ground work for the burst of upward Wood energy in Spring. What we do to support ourselves during this time is important for our vitality and future plans. If you are feeling stressed or anxious / fearful, or just need time out from the busy rushing of the outside world, this is a particularly useful workshop for you.

Please bring:
✨ A pen and journal - I will be giving you some journal prompts
✨ Wear comfortable clothes you can move in, and include something blue if possible
✨ Bring something small to add to our Water altar - it could be something blue, something that reminds you of water (eg shells) or something that represents your potential.
