Are you seeking a deeper connection to yourself and a way to bring harmony into your life? I warmly invite you to join me for a Soul Meditation and Sound Healing Session, a sacred space to experience profound relaxation and renewal.

The Role of Meditation:
Meditation is a gateway to inner peace, clarity, and self-discovery. By focusing the mind and calming the heart, meditation allows us to release stress, connect to our inner wisdom, and align with our higher purpose. In this session, I will guide you through a soothing meditation designed to help you center your energy and connect with your Soul.

The Magic of Sound Bowls and Chimes:
Sound healing uses the vibrations of instruments like crystal singing bowls, sacred crystal harps, drumming and chimes to restore balance to the body and mind. Each tone resonates deeply within, dissolving energetic blockages and promoting healing on a cellular level.

• Sound Bowls: These emit powerful vibrations that clear negativity and harmonize the chakras, bringing a sense of alignment and wholeness.
• Chimes: Their gentle, melodic tones create a sense of lightness and calm, lifting your spirit and helping you let go of stress.

As these sacred sounds wash over you, they work in synergy with meditation to bring stillness to your thoughts and activate your body’s natural healing abilities.

NB:  Doors open 1:45pm for start at 2pm.  Doors will be closed at 2pm.

What to Bring: Wear comfortable clothing, and bring an open mind and heart to fully embrace the transformative journey ahead.  BYO  water, yoga mat, Shawl or blanket, items you would like to place on the Sound Bath Altar for healing.  

(the Sound Bath altar is a sacred space that will have crystals and other items on that creates a beautiful place to put any jewellery, your own crystals or photos of people/things that you would like surrounded in healing energy

This is a drug and alcohol free event.

Tickets are limited to keep this a more personalised small group experience.
