Join me on Tuesday evening at the Kaipātiki EcoHub to relax, replenish, heal and connect.
Our ears are the sensory organ most connected to our autonomic nervous system. This means we can use them to regulate our heart rate, breathing, stress levels, even our digestion and blood flow.
As well as this, sound vibrations have the power to influence your brainwaves and state of consciousness. They can take you from overthinking, stressing, hyperactivity to a state of deep rest, where the subconscious mind can take centre stage. This makes space for clarity, realization and healing.
As well as all this, our entire body is receptive to sound vibrations! When we work with sound, it’s not just working with the ears, brain and nervous system, but the entire body. Every ripple finds the most resonant home in the receiver, wherever their system needs it most.
If you’re feeling stressed, anxious, dissatisfied, shut down, angry, tired (the list goes on), consider coming along. And if you’re feeling good, come along anyway! There’s nothing better than a big sonic hug for the nervous system.

For this event, I'm rocking a "pay what you wish" model. This is my way of opening the door to all. It is hugely important to me to make this work accessible for people to experience, regardless of their current circumstances. I just ask that you please register so that I can keep track of numbers, so that we can maximize the space and time we have! You have the option to pay now or opt to use cash or bank transfer on the day.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Wear comfortable clothing.
Bring whatever you need to lay comfortably for around 45 minutes i.e a yoga mat, camping mat or mattress, cushions, bolsters, blankets etc. The comfier and cozier, the better!
Bring an eye mask or eye pillow if you have one, I have spares if needed 💗
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to settle in. I will be locking the doors when I start at 7:00pm for the safety of the crew, so allow plenty of time to arrive and park.

A: Sound healing can simply be a chance to relax on a deeper level, or it can be a chance to experience profound mental, emotional and physical healing. you may fall asleep, You may feel tearful, you may feel extreme happiness, you may journey to another place and time. Regardless of how you experience a sound bath, the healing work is being done.
- Q: WHAT WILL THE HEALER BE DOING?
A: I’ll be using a variety of therapeutic instruments including but not limited to crystal bowls, tibetan bowls, the therapeutic drone harp and koshi chimes. The sound healing will last for around 45 minutes.
