No matter what your Port Waikato Labour Weekend looks like; maybe you've been getting thrashed by the sun and surf all day. Maybe you've been social butterflying at Sundays. Maybe you're nursing a hangover. Whatever you're getting up to, give yourself the gift of stillness and sound.
