• A brief introduction to Journaling Dive into the world of journaling as we explore its benefits and discover new ways to express thoughts and emotions through this medium. 
• Pre- Journaling meditation: Sink into my guided meditation to awaken your creativity and connect with your higher self before beginning your journey.
• Creative Exploration: Participate in a carefully crafted manifestation journaling exercise aimed at helping you envision and manifest the life your higher self desires.
• Community Connection: Meet and connect with like-minded individuals. Share stories, insights, and experiences as you build new friendships.
• Take-Home Treasures: Leave with some beautiful take-home items that will inspire you to continue your journaling practice and mindfulness journey at home.
