Immerse yourself in calming activities while enjoying the soothing backdrop of ocean waves and live acoustic music paired with mantras.

Activities include:

  • Mandala creation: Enjoy the simple yet powerful art of drawing mandalas
  • Silent beach walk: Engage in a mindful, meditative walk along the shore, embracing the healing energy of nature.
  • Guitar melodies: Enjoy live acoustic music blended with soothing mantras to elevate your spirit
  • Creative journaling: Explore prompts to reflect, release and renew
