Soul Sistars Sound Bath is on again 💗💫

This Sunday join us for our blossoming Spring sound bath 🌸🌼 come on a heart-filled sound healing journey, where you will be immersed in the vibrational sounds of crystal bowls, gongs, rain sticks, chimes, and a variety of sound instruments to soften your mind and regulate your nervous system.

This is an invitation to slow down, step away from the demands of everyday life and give yourself permission to simply receive. As the sounds and vibrations wash over you, many people feel deep relaxation, inner stillness and renewed clarity. Everyones experience is different and you are encouraged to simply rest, let go and allow your body and mind to respond in their own natural way. During the session, you’ll be comfortably lying down, surrounded by the soothing sounds and vibrations. There’s nothing you need to do. Just relax and allow the sounds to guide you into a state of deep rest and restoration.

This is a womens only event so it’s a safe space for women to come together and be held in a warm, supportive and welcoming space. Come reconnect with your inner self, calm your nervous system and feel more grounded, balanced and refreshed.

What to bring ✅

Your water bottle, eye pillow and head pillow and whatever makes you feel cozy and supported laying down. The venue has heating/aircon and is carpeted, yoga mats, bolsters & blankets are provided. Bathroom with toilets onsite.
