Join us in circle to honour the Spring Equinox — a beautiful time of renewal, balance and new beginnings. As the natural world awakens and begins to bloom, we invite you to slow down, turn inward and gently pour back into your own cup.

Together, we’ll gather in the renewed energy of Spring, creating space to reflect on the months that have passed, acknowledge where we are now, and connect with the vision we hold for the remainder of the year.

Maddie & Lisa will lovingly guide you through an evening of gentle movement, breathwork, meditation and sound healing. We’ll explore what we wish to nurture and grow in the final quarter of the year, planting seeds of intention through journaling and reflection, before coming together to share, listen and connect in sacred circle.

This is an invitation to step away from the busyness of everyday life and create a little sanctuary for yourself — a space to simply be, breathe, reflect and receive.

We’ll be gathering online, so you can join us from the comfort and cosiness of your own home. We encourage you to create your own temenos — a dedicated sacred sanctuary — using whatever helps you feel grounded and held. Perhaps candles, crystals, treasured mementos, pieces of nature, cushions and blankets. Let this space be uniquely yours.

Come exactly as you are. Bring an open heart, a curious mind and a willingness to slow down and reconnect with yourself and others.
